Delivery Process

• Standard delivery: 24–48 hours
• Express delivery: 2–4 hours
• All deliveries are made in PDF format via email or WhatsApp
• Documents may be sent via Google Drive or a secure file link

Refund Policy

As translation is a digital and labor-intensive service:

• No refunds are issued after an order is created
• This is because the translation process begins immediately

Revision Policy

• Unlimited revisions are provided for 30 days from the delivery date
• Revisions are limited only to the content of the original document

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed because the translation process is initiated instantly.

Limitation of Liability

TranslateProf is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect, illegible, or missing information in the submitted documents.
